Terms of Service

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using Social Casino (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, Sweeps Rules, and KYC Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. At registration you must provide your date of birth, jurisdiction, and confirm you are 18+. We verify this server-side and require KYC (identity verification) before cumulative deposits exceed $1,000. Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You must provide accurate identity and contact information at registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Enable MFA where offered. Notify us immediately through the security contact listed in your account of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that we believe have been compromised, used fraudulently, or created in breach of these Terms.

Social Casino grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All software, game content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service.

Social Casino operates as a social sweepstakes platform. Sweeps Coins (or equivalent promotional entries) cannot be purchased directly — they are awarded free with Gold Coin purchases, via daily login bonuses, or via mail-in requests. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. See our Sweeps Rules for full details. Redemptions are subject to KYC, AML, and wagering requirements.

You may not: (a) use the Service if under 18 or legally prohibited; (b) deposit funds derived from illegal activity; (c) use VPN, multi-accounting, or any technique to circumvent jurisdictional or AML controls; (d) exploit bugs or use bots/scripts; (e) attempt to structure deposits to avoid KYC; (f) harass other players or staff; (g) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (h) use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Violations result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to authorities.

Deposits are processed via supported methods (CashApp, Lightning, card, etc.). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed in the cashier. Withdrawals require KYC verification and may be held up to 5 business days for AML review. We may require additional documentation for withdrawals over $2,000. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the deposit-limit and account-control rules described in our Responsible Gaming page. Chargebacks on confirmed deposits will result in account suspension and collections action.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; pending withdrawals will be processed only if your account is in good standing.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Casino, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Social Casino agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action. EU/UK consumers retain the mandatory consumer-protection rights of their country of residence.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last Revised" date. Material changes will be emailed to the address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
